WHERE IS THE EVENT HAPPENING AND HOW DO I GET THERE?
The European Cloud Summit will take place at the RMCC Wiesbaden, Friedrich-Ebert-Allee 1, 65185 Wiesbaden, Germany. The venue is easily accessible by all means of transportation.
WHAT IS THE CONFERENCE LANGUAGE?
English. English is the language of choice for the keynote, sessions, and other content at the European Cloud Summit. Additionally, the staff at the registration desk are proficient in English.
WHERE CAN I FIND THE TIME SCHEDULE OF THE EVENT?
We envision the following time schedule, please note that it may still be subject to changes:
02 December – 9am-5pm Full-day tutorials
03 December – 9am-6pm Opening ceremony & sessions
03 December – 10am Opening of the expo
03 December– 6pm-9pm Party-Time in the expo, with drinks & snacks
04 December – 8am-6pm Sessions & closing ceremony

WHAT IS THIS PARTY-TIME ABOUT?
Party-Time is there for all attendees, speakers and sponsors, where everyone can get have fun, network, talk to speakers, sponsors, and organizers, have some beers, wine, soft drinks and some food. Please join us on Tuesday, 6pm – 9pm at the CloudSummit expo. We promise fun, cold beer and good wine.
DOES MY TICKET INCLUDE FREE DRINKS AND FOOD?
Your European Cloud Summit Ticket grants you access to the conference catering. Enjoy delicious food and refreshments at conveniently located stations throughout the expo area during coffee and lunch breaks. Indulge in snacks and beverages at the Party-Time event on Tuesday evening.
I HAVE SET MY DIETARY PREFERENCES – WHAT DO I DO FOR SNACKS & LUNCH?
To make it easy for you, catering stations dietary options will be clearly labeled during breaks. If you have any concerns or questions, please don’t hesitate to speak with our knowledgeable staff at the information desk.
